DAY1Time on the bay

  1. Hotel pick-up for trip on new highway to Tuan Chau International Marina, Halong City (if you book our shuttle bus).

  2. Upon arrival at Emperor Cruises, located at No.28B of Tuan Chau International Marina, our team will welcome you in our lounge before boarding.

  3. Our Cruise Director will assist you with boarding to start cruising in Halong Bay.

  4. A set lunch menu will be served at our Can Chanh Restaurant on the 1st floor. Enjoy delicious Vietnamese food while admiring the grace of the bay.

  5. The cruise approaches Nha Lat Area. This is time for guests to visit Me Cung Cave (Cave of Maze) – a spectacular destination with plenty of historical and archaeological values about Ha Long Culture from 10,000 years ago. Guests will be charmed by the magnificent complex structure with stalactites and stalagmites in various shapes and the most diverse ecological system in Halong Bay.

  6. And then, the tender takes the guests to Tung Sau Area, free time for guests to paddle on colorful kayaks to explore the stunning landscape of Halong Bay.

  7. Attend the Afternoon tea with music and Canapes on Sundeck and join in the cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking in a truly stunning setting.

  8. Enjoy our A La Carte course menu for dinner at Royal Palace Restaurant on board as you experience the charm of Halong Bay at night.

  9. Enjoy evening views of the bay at the bar on the top deck. Enjoy Massage and Spa service (Extra service, book in advance). Try your hand squid fishing.

DAY2Morning on board & return

  1. Enjoy Vovinam exercise in the sunshine morning on sundeck.

  2. Enjoy light breakfast including tea, coffee, pastries, cookies, fresh juices… at our luxury restaurant.

  3. Visit Luon Cave. Sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by a local, you can see a variety of plants such as ferns, cycads, Benjamin’s fig trees, and many beautiful orchids.

  4. Finish packing all the luggage and check out.

  5. Enjoy brunch A La Carte in CAN CHANH restaurant on the 1st floor while cruising back to the mainland.

  6. Arrive in Tuan Chau International Marina and Emperor Cruises lounge for disembarkation your onward journey.

  7. f you have booked our limousine service, our chauffeur will pick you up to take you to your hotel in Hanoi. 14:00 -14:30  Our chauffeur will drop you off at your hotel. (if you book our shuttle bus)

On rare occasions, the route, schedule, places visited or onboard facilities may be adjusted due to weather, tides, operational requirements, maintenance or upgrades. If you have a particular place in mind or need a specific onboard facility, such as a prayer room, a children’s waterslide or mini golf, please let VPV know before booking so we can check the latest arrangements with the cruise. Hanoi transfers are optional unless stated as included.

FAQs

What should I pack for my cruise?

Beyond your favorite vacation attire, we recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat. For your comfort and safety, please pack low-heeled shoes with soft soles or secure sandals to prevent slipping on the deck or near the pool. It is also advisable to bring basic medications, such as insect repellent and anti-motion sickness medicine.

What travel documents are mandatory for boarding?

To comply with local maritime regulations, all guests must provide a valid Passport or ID card. For families traveling with children, a Birth Certificate or a Passport with an identification code is required. Please ensure these copies are sent to us at least 3 days before departure to facilitate the mandatory declaration.

Will there be Wi-Fi and mobile connectivity at sea?

While we provide Wi-Fi on board, please note that the unique landscape of enclosed seas and limestone mountains can cause signals to be weak or intermittent. Some areas in the bay may experience a total loss of signal, offering a perfect opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty
