Explore one of the largest and the most beautiful caves in Lan Ha Bay. Nothing is more enjoyable than free kayaking on the vast sea and exploring the natural beauty of the islands. Moreover, you also have a chance to join our cooking class to challenge your skills in preparing a very famous Vietnamese dish.

Cruise Itinerary

Day 1 — Tuan Chau – Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Tra Bau

8:00–8:30: Optional limousine pickup from a hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or No. 16 Thi Sach Street. The transfer is not included in the cruise price, must be booked in advance, and carries an additional charge.

11:30: Meet the Peony Cruise crew at Tuan Chau Marina, Quang Ninh.

12:00–12:30: Board the main cruise by support vessel and receive the itinerary briefing.

13:00: Enjoy a welcome drink and lunch on board as the cruise sails towards Lan Ha Bay.

15:30: Arrive at Tra Bau, a quiet area of Lan Ha Bay. Kayak among the limestone islands, swim in the bay, or relax in the cruise’s outdoor Jacuzzi.

18:00–18:30: Join a spring-roll cooking demonstration or head to the sundeck to watch the sunset. Happy Hour is available at the bar.

19:00: Dinner is served on board.

21:00–22:00: Enjoy the evening at your own pace: visit the sky bar (drinks at an additional charge), book an optional spa service, relax on deck, or try seasonal squid fishing.

2D1N — Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba Island – Tuan Chau

6:00: Start the morning with Tai Chi as the sun rises over the bay.

6:45–7:15: Breakfast is served while the cruise heads back towards Gia Luan Jetty. The time may vary with the operating schedule.

7:30–9:00: Transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island. Explore the cave’s limestone formations and its distinctive ecosystem as part of the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve visit.

9:30: Return to the main boat and check out of your cabin. Please leave your luggage outside the cabin.

10:30–11:00: Disembark and transfer to the Peony Cruise terminal at Tuan Chau Marina. 11:30–12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina.

3D2N - Day 2 and Day 3

Day 2 – Lan Ha Bay – Viet Hai Village – Three Peaches Area

6:00: Join the morning Tai Chi session and watch the sunrise over the bay.

6:45–7:15: Breakfast is served at the restaurant.

7:45–8:00: Transfer to a day boat to explore further parts of Lan Ha Bay. Guests who prefer a slower morning can stay and relax on the main cruise.

10:30–11:00: Arrive at Viet Hai Jetty. Cycle or take an e-cart through the rainforest and limestone landscape to Viet Hai Village, where you can learn about local life and traditional homes.

12:15–13:30: Return to the day boat for lunch as it cruises towards a kayaking and swimming spot.

13:30: Explore a quiet lagoon by kayak or swim from the boat. 16:30: Return to Peony Cruises. Relax in the Jacuzzi or enjoy music and a drink by the pool.

18:00–18:30: Enjoy Happy Hour on deck, watch the sunset, and join a spring-roll cooking demonstration.

19:00: Dinner is served at the restaurant.

21:00–22:00: Spend the evening on deck or at the bar, try squid fishing with the crew, or relax in your cabin.

Day 3: Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba Island – Tuan Chau

6:00: Begin the day with Tai Chi as the sun rises over the bay.

6:45–7:15: Breakfast is served while the cruise heads back towards Gia Luan Jetty. The time may vary with the operating schedule.

7:30–9:00: Transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island. Explore the cave’s limestone formations and its distinctive ecosystem as part of the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve visit.

9:30: Return to the main boat and check out of your cabin. Please leave your luggage outside the cabin.

10:30–11:00: Disembark and transfer to the Peony Cruise terminal at Tuan Chau Marina.

11:30–12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. End of trip.
