• DEPARTURE FROM HANOI: 07:00 AM. Designated pickup points: Hanoi Opera House – No. 1 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

• Be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.

• The shuttle bus is shared with other passengers, so there may sometimes be delays.

• No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

• The itinerary may change due to traffic/weather conditions.

• One child aged 0-1 years is free of charge if they do not require a separate seat.

• Children aged 12 years and older will be charged at the adult rate.

• Two paying adults may bring one child aged 0-1 years. Each additional child will require a child’s ticket purchase.

• Parents may share food/drinks with children aged 0-1.

• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• The age of the child will be determined based on the year of birth.

• Please inform us of any food allergies or special requests.

• One buffet/set menu meal. The buffet will be open when the number of guests is 30 or more.

• The menu may change seasonally and based on ingredient availability.

• You will receive a confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not see any confirmation, please contact our customer support.

• There is an additional fee for kayaking or bamboo boat (100,000 VND/person).

     (ii) 2 to under 5 years: 75% of adult surcharge

     (iii) 5 to under 12 years: 85% of adult surcharge

• Pick-up/drop-off surcharges may apply depending on the location.

• All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the reception on the boat.

• Present your mobile voucher.

• The voucher is only valid for the specified date (and time if applicable).

• No pets allowed.

• Participants who appear to be intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refund will be issued.

• Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. The operator will not be liable for any lost items during the trip.

• Please refrain from feeding marine animals/wildlife or engaging in any activities that may harm the ecosystem.

• In cases of force majeure events or severe weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel bookings. If this happens, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.
